At EggSheg, freshness and quality are our top priorities. Since eggs are a perishable product, we follow strict but fair replacement guidelines to protect both our customers and our business.

2. Rotten / Bad Eggs Policy

Within 3 Days

If you receive eggs that are rotten:

❌ Complaints after 3 Days will not be accepted.

3. Storage Responsibility

Customers are advised to store eggs below 15°C immediately after delivery.

Egg Sheg is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage.

Important Notes

  1. Returned eggs are mandatory for any replacement.
  2. Claims without verification will not be processed.
  3. Egg Sheg reserves the right to approve or reject claims after review.
  4. All approved return-related costs, including return pickup and replacement delivery charges, will be fully covered by Egg Sheg. The customer will not pay any fee.
