Return & Exchange Policy
At EggSheg, freshness and quality are our top priorities. Since eggs are a perishable product, we follow strict but fair replacement guidelines to protect both our customers and our business.
1. Broken Eggs Policy
On-Delivery Inspection (Mandatory)
- Customers must check egg trays in the presence of the delivery rider.
- If broken eggs are found, inform the rider immediately.
Replacement
- Broken eggs reported at the time of delivery will be replaced accordingly.
- Post-delivery complaints for broken eggs will not be entertained.
2. Rotten / Bad Eggs Policy
Within 24 Hours
If you receive eggs that are rotten:
- Contact EggSheg within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share order details and proof via our official WhatsApp or phone number.
- Returned to the rider at the time of replacement.
❌ Complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Storage Responsibility
Customers are advised to store eggs below 15°C immediately after delivery.
EggSheg is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage.
Important Notes
- Returned eggs are mandatory for any replacement.
- Claims without verification will not be processed.
- EggSheg reserves the right to approve or reject claims after review.
